– 1 x 90 min session
– 8 student places available – (ages 10 -18 years old)
Lumiere Art + Co. are opening the studio doors, offering Lumiere-like art classes for our young creatives on the Mornington Peninsula. We are thrilled to introduce a fun program which references the style and skilful, colourful ways of life at Lumiere. The classes will be taught by Lumiere’s Director, Emma Cleine, BA Fine Arts, Sculpture, Grad. Dip Ed.

This workshop is skill based and each student will finish the session with a completed set of inspiring trials based on the exploration of relief printmaking using off-beat materials, including our well known Mandala prints. Emma currently teaches Studio Arts (VIT registration) and is a whiz at enabling young people to generate their own ideas, enhancing their folios. So what is a folio? A folio is a collection or group of artworks, showcasing skills, concepts and areas of interest. Participating in this workshop will give you a taste of each fast-paced, contemporary art technique we use. Our tricks of the trade and short cuts we use to stay inspired. This course will give you all the inspo to get you started making incredible art.

Students, please arrive 10 minutes early to the start time to enjoy, the ambience of the studio. Aprons will be provided, however it is advised that you may accidentally add some ink to your outfit during the workshop.
Once your booking has been paid for and as the holidays approach, we will be in touch to confirm the start date and help you with any questions you may have.
*Sorry, we can’t refund unattained session, offer a rain check or make any changes once your Workshop pass has been paid in full and processed.
